Welcome! Earthen Vessels Outreach is a Christ centered organization that seeks to enhance and transform the lives and communities we serve (Bloomfield, Garfield and Friendship) through its programs and people. At the core of who we are is a belief that this is a divine work that starts with our children and families and that this ministry must be holistic (ministering to the spirit, soul and body of the person). We take to heart the African Proverb "that it takes a community to raise a child".

Two of our passions are to serve the family, children and struggling ones of our community and for reconciliation among all people.

1. We serve the family, children and struggling ones of our community through our people and programs. For children and families we offer After-School, Summer Day Camp, Performing Arts, Youth Basketball and Youth Programs. We believe that it takes a community to raise a child and our vision is to build and strengthen this community in the East End through holistic programs and ministry that minister to the whole person.

2. We work for reconciliation among all people: men and women, young and old, white and black, rich and poor. We do this by being a part of the greater community in all we do and by finding ways to bring people and organizations together for the common good.
