ELM Program - A high school youth employment program that offers Employment, Learning and Mentoring. Many of the youth that come into this program have participated in other programs over the past 5 years. The high school youth need a place to learn how to grow employment skills and have an income.

The ELM Program provides the youth with an opportunity to remain in a positive mentoring relationship with an established "trust base" while providing continued training in the work force and building ongoing social skills. This program will service 10 youth during the 2008-2009 year. Specific job skill training includes: tutoring/child counselors, renovation/construction and office skills.
