The staff and interns
of Earthen Vessels Outreach are all mentors and
role-models for the children of the neighborhood that they serve.
The following are brief bios of the people who have been behind the EVO
initiative since its inception:
– The Rev. John Paul Chaney
- BA in History: University of Cincinnnati
- MA in Theology – Wheaton College
- Anglican Studies Degree- Trinity Episcopal School of Ministry
- Trained Chaplain – 7 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (VA
Hospital in Pgh)
- Doctor’s of Ministry Degree in process at Trinity Episcopal
School of ministry.
– Ms. Marilyn Chaney
- BA in Education – Aurora University
- MA in Education – University of Pittsburgh
- Certified Elementary Education Teacher – Illinois and Pennsylvania
- Seeds of Hope is an approved site for the “No Child Left Behind
Act”. (Classroom Plus and Supplemental Education Service provider)
– Micah Chaney
– Ranika Sanchez
- Director of Public Relations
- Ranika began working for EVO in January 2008. She will be building partnerships with outside
organizations with the intent to strengthen the infrastructure of EVO. She is also in charge
of the Preforming Arts Initiative and
helps at the After-School Program.
